Faulty/Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible (and no later than 10 days after receipt), and we will do our best to rectify any problem as promptly as we can. Please if possible retain all original packaging and instructions with the product.
Email us at aftersales@best4tots.co.uk, or by telephone (+44) 01634 778710 (between 10.00 am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday). Please quote your invoice number, the item code or description, and a summary of the fault or damage to the product.
If a product is faulty or damaged, in most cases we will look to send you a replacement of the same item. In some cases it may be possible to repair the product, and we will be in contact with you to arrange a collection or return. If it is not possible or appropriate to replace or repair the product, you will be refunded the original purchase price of the item (plus any delivery charge that you paid specifically for the shipment of that item).
In the event of refund or replacement, you are required to return the original product to us. We will reimburse reasonable postage expenses in returning a faulty or damaged product to us: please contact us before posting to discuss the most suitable postage method.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
