We offer FREE and fast standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight (there may be a small charge for delivering to the outer Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands and other outlying UK territories). This covers all orders up to 10kg in weight.

If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 48 hours, in the majority of cases we dispatch within 24 hours. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday following a Bank Holiday).

Should there be any problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options. If we cannot offer a satisfactory alternative, you will be offered a full refund without any delay.

Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger items will be despatched by UPS next day courier service. We will e-mail you to notify of courier despatch, in order for you to arrange for a signature on expected day of delivery – as this will be required to ensure you have safely received your goods.

For overseas orders, the delivery charge will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout. The charge will be determined solely by the weight of the items. Orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, and orders 2kg and above by UPS couriers.

Out of respect for the environment, please accept that due to the shape and size of some of our items, your order may be shipped in the suppliers' original packaging, rather than using one of our own Best4Tots branded boxes.
