We are pleased to offer all our customers a full 14-day no-quibble return and refund guarantee! Should you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, simply return the items unused and if possible in their original packaging, and we will be happy to refund your purchase in full.

In the unlikely event you receive goods from us which appear to be damaged or faulty, we will of course assist you by providing a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate – as soon as we possibly can. Please see our Faulty/Damaged Goods page for full details.

If you wish to return an item in good condition, we would be grateful if you could initially email returns@best4tots.co.uk. Please include your invoice number, a description of the item(s), and briefly the reason for returning the item(s), as well as your name and contact details.

Please retain all packaging and return the goods in the condition as they were sent. We ask that you enclose a note with the above details or a print-out of the email you sent us. This will help us associate the return with your order and process your refund more quickly.

Please send using the Recorded Signed For™ service provided by Royal Mail, and obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us. Returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. However, if you paid a delivery charge with your original order (we offer free UK delivery in most cases), this will be refunded along with the cost of your purchase.

Please note that items returned to us in a used or unacceptable condition will not be refunded.

You will be refunded via your original payment method promptly and normally within 48 hours.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
