Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any contract you enter by making a purchase with us is governed by applicable United Kingdom and European Union laws and regulations.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase on our online store could not be easier. Use the product categories menu in our website to browse our Catalogue and view specific products. If you wish to buy an item, click or press enter on the link to add the item to your Shopping Cart. When you have finished selecting products, click or press enter on the "Checkout" link and you will be guided through a secure form requesting the details we need to be able to fulfil your order.

Alternative ways to Order:
Unfortunately at this time it is only possible to order our products through our online shop. In future we aim to be able to take your order and process payment over the telephone.

International Orders

We welcome customers from outside the UK.

When you place your order, via Paypal or directly using a debit or credit card, your card issuer will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. You may be surcharged for foreign currency purchases by your card issuer, especially for credit card payments. Please check the Terms & Conditions of your card issuer.

Please note delivery charges will be applicable for overseas orders. You will be notified of the amount and terms when you checkout.

Taxes

For customers within the UK and EU, all our products are subject to UK VAT, currently 20%, which will be included in the prices quoted on this website for individual products, and on your total cart value.

UK VAT will be deducted for customers outside the EU, however local taxes and surcharges may apply.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Paypal or Google Checkout. You will shortly be able to pay directly using most common Credit and Debit Cards.

You are required to enter your payment details at the completion of Checkout. However, you will not be debited until your order is ready to dispatch to you.

We reserve the right to wait until your payment has been fully authorised before dispatching your order.

Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery on all orders under 10kg to all mainland UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

For delivery to addresses outside the United Kingdom, or to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and outlying Scottish Islands, charges will apply and will be calculated at Checkout.

Delivery Schedule

If your items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, and will normally reach you the next working day. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class post, or by UPS Courier next day service for larger or heavier items.

Deliveries to addresses outside the UK will take longer, but should normally be completed within 7 working days, subject to circumstances beyond our control.

Out of stock items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or give our best estimate of when we will be able to supply the item. You will not be charged for any item we cannot dispatch.

Product Guarantee

All products advertised on this website are are manufactured to the highest standards, and all toys carry CE approval.

The CE standard mark is your assurance that toys have all been thoroughly tested for safety and are suitable for children aged 3 and upwards.

Occasionally the product supplied may differ slightly in colour or appearance from that displayed on the website.

Refunds & Returns

Should you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a 14-day no quibble refund or exchange policy, in addition to your statutory rights.

You are required to return the product to us in reasonable condition. If you choose a refund, you will be refunded promptly via your original payment method.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that a product reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to rectify any problem. If we cannot repair or replace your product, we will offer you a full refund.

In the event of refund or replacement, you are required to return the original product to us.

Uncollected Orders

In the event of an order delivered to the nominated shipping address provided by you, being returned to us as 'uncalled for', you will be liable for extra delivery charges if you wish the order to be dispatched to you again.

If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund less any delivery charges that applied to your original order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers while providing the highest possible quality of service. All information you provide will be collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

All credit and debit card transactions are handled securely by Google Checkout or Paypal.
